Start off your journey right with a complementary 90-minute session. In this session, we will undergo a movement screening, discuss nutrition basics, goal setting, and provide a muscle and body fat analysis. Throughout the session, we will learn how you move, what kind of workouts are best for you, and how to progress you to your goals. We will also cover your diet, possible healthier lifestyle changes, supplements, and best practices to help you reach your goals in and out of the gym!
